Pat has an extensive business background in addition to construction, including the creation, operation and successful sales of a landscaping business and restaurant. He further has an extensive track record in the vacation rental market, both short and long term.

Pat is a devoted family man and coach with two great children, Ryan and Kelsey.  Ryan, a Graduate of Virginia Tech University – Founding Chapter Father of Sigma Tau Gamma; a national college Fraternity founded in 1920 by Educators and Veterans of the First World War. He has recently started a Trucking Logistics Company in Philadelphia called Tactical Logistics. Kelsey, a Graduate from Nova SouthEastern University;  Deans List, and Women’s Soccer Team Captain. Is currently completing her 2nd year of Law School at Florida Coastal School of Law.
